At NOV∧C∧RT, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your item is missing parts or accessories.
  • Your item arrives significantly different from its description.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty products
  • Opened cosmetics
  • Used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos or video evidence.
  3. Include your order number.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no delivery and the package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will investigate with the carrier and supplier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are generally not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless;

  • The item was defective
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from our support team.

 

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cartnovah@gmail.com.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

European Union 14 Day Cool Off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
